fingers crossed!

After three back-to-back Saturdays trapsing through house after house (about 20) and a gazillion hours spent searching online, we've finally found one we like!!! Who-hoo (I DO NOT have the patience for this kind of thing!). And, at 3:30 this afternoon, the Falk fam is going to the realtor to put in an offer. Won't share house details just yet (don't want to jinx anything, lol), but let's just say that my fingers (and toes and legs and arms ...) are all crossed that this deal goes through!
