1.) today we should receive the signed/approved contract from the bank on house No. 2.*
2.) today we should get a report from the structural engineer who's headed out to check the foundation situation on house No. 2.*
3.) today I should be able to remain calm, cool and collected while waiting for news on house No. 2.*
*1 and 2 are waaaay more likey then 3. ;)
